- Staff preparing administrative updates needed to know which items were drafts, awaiting review, approved, or ready for publication.

- Our principal built the administrative publishing workflow on a Next.js interface and .NET API backed by SQL Server. Updates moved through saved, pending, approved, and published stages; designated approvers received notifications, and staff could find published updates through full-text search.
- What changed
- Editors and approvers had a defined path from preparation to publication, with each update visible at the appropriate stage.
